Production Sound Mixer Based in NYC

I trained in both audio engineering and film studies and I think like both. I consider how that audio will be used in your edit while I'm placing the lav or booming. I always have one ear open. On stages and on location, I bring the right gear and team to the job.

The calm I bring to a set is something I've worked at deliberately. Past clients include Google, Vogue, Paramount, and HBO. It lets me stay in problem solving mode while the day moves around me. Everyone loves a well run set, where the day runs like a well oiled machine.

The best sound on set is the sound you don't notice. My job is to make that possible. That means showing up prepared, staying calm when the day shifts, and recording with the next stage of the pipeline already in mind.

Where I work

I'm based in New York City and work throughout the five boroughs and the tri-state area. I've recorded in challenging environments: rooftops, moving vehicles, tight interiors, active factories, and the middle of the woods. I travel for work too, most recently covering MagicCon Amsterdam in 2026 with a full bag rig.

What I record

Commercials, branded content, narrative film, documentary, editorial, and industrial work. Single-person interviews through multi-talent, multi-camera commercial days.

Sound Devices mixers and recorders, Lectrosonics wireless, DPA microphones, timecode sync on every setup, plus Comtek/IFB monitoring for clients and crew.
